I just received your new Evah Pirazzi Bass strings.

These strings are outstanding. The best phrase I can think of to describe them is "Body and Soul". The tone and pitch-center of each note is well defined with a full, yet clear sound, and the strong projection allows me to play the strings with less force.

One of the strengths of this set is that the sound of the wood is heard, not the type of string used - this allows an expressiveness and tone not attainable in other strings I've played.

When first playing this set, I played an ascending run up the G string and felt a chill... I have never experienced this before.

The new Evah Pirazzi Bass set is on my 100 year old carved German bass, and I don't plan on taking them off until they unravel!!
